Traditional beef meatballs with rice
– 1 lb. ground beef
– 1/4 cup minute rice
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp. chopped onion
– 1 teapoon parsley soup
– 1 teaspoon a soy sauce or worcestershire
– 1 can tomato soup
– salt and pepper to taste
