Hello World! Welcome to my Kitchen. In this video, we are making a
Cold Carrot salad or ” carrot Rapé ” in French. Have you ever tried making a Carrot Salad with fresh garlic and French dressing?
It was a rainy and cold day, I was on the moment of preparing the ingredients of this cold Carrot salad. When I heard I loud sound of the door bell. I was surprised, these two tiny helpers here came over. When they saw me making it, they are very eager to try how to grate these pieces of carrots. They really insist on helping and even eager really to do it by themselves to grate the Carrots. Since the eldest is already in the industry period, I let her but with vigilance and strict supervision. I hope you enjoy watching this video, I tried to speak in french here, though my french needs more improvements, just for the sake of communicating, for the kids’ instructions as well to work as a team.
My goal of letting my niece and nephew participate in this video activity are the following;
