Mathieu’s Recipe:
– 1 cantaloupe
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1/2 of a lemon’s juice
– salt and pepper to your taste
The recipe is very simple, just cut the cantaloupe in half, take out the seeds and the exterior skin off. Putt the meat of the fruit (only the orange part) in a mixer, add the oil, lemon juice and salt/pepper to your taste and blend everything until no chunks are left. Put the soup in the refrigerator for at least 1h, then garnish with chives or cilantro.
