Veg Burger

Ingredients:
Burger Bun: 4 nos
Boiled Potatoes: 2-3 ( grated)
Carrot: 2-3 tbsp (grated)
French Beans: 2-3 tsp (chopped)
Boiled Peas: 2-3 tsp
Coriander: 2-3 tsp
Turmaric Powder: ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
Garam Masala: ½ tsp
Chaat Masala: 1 tsp
Black Papper Powder: ½ tsp
Chilli Ginger paste: 1½ tsp
Salt : as per taste
Mayonnaise: 3-4 tbsp
Chilli flakes: ½ tsp
Oregano: ½ tsp
Tomato Ketchup: 2-3 tsp
Cheese Slices: 4 nos
Onion Slices
Tomato Slices
Maida: 2 tsp
Corn Flour: 2 tsp
Bread crumbs: (2-3 breads)
Oil: 2 tsp
Butter : 2-3 tsp
Lettuce: 2-3 leaves
Method:
1. In a Heated oil add chilli ginger paste and saute it for 30 seconds. Then add carrot and french beans saute them for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Now add boiled peas and lightly mash it.
2. After that add turmaric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, black papper powder and salt. Mix them well.
3. Now add boiled grated potatoes and coriander. Mix it nicely. Here your tikki mixture is ready. Let it cool down.
4. In a bowl add maida, corn flour, pinch of salt and some water. Mix it well and prepare slurry.
5. In the mayonnaise add chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano and tomato ketchup. Mix them well. Here your chilli mayonnaise is ready.
6. From the tikki mixture prepare big patties. Then dip it into the slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
7.In a heated oil add patties and fry it on a medium flame for only 3-4 minute until it becomes golden brown.
8. Now cut the burger bun into two parts. In a heated pan apply the butter and place the burger bun and roast it for only 2 minutes.
9. After that place the lettuce on the burger bun and spread the mayonnaise and place the tikki on it. Now add tomato slice, onion slice and cheese slice on it . Then place another the burger bun on the cheese slice.
