-For dough
All purpose flour 400 g
Sweetener of your choice 1 Tsp
Active dry yeast 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm water 300 ml
Coconuts oil 2 Tbsp
Homemade Blueberry Chia Jam 2 -3 Tbsp

===== Recipe =====

Warm water, sugar, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour, salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture, oil, jam.
Mix until all dough come together.
Cover the dough with lid & let it rest for 20 minutes.
Fold the dough 10-15 times & give it another 20 minutes rest.
Give it same process until dough comes smooth surface.
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Roll the dough & make shape.
Let it rise until double in size About 40-50 minutes.

Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F

Transfer to baking pan.
Bake for 25-30minutes.
