The humble beginnings of The French
Gourmet’s Chef/Owner, who was raised on
a farm in Normandie France, makes him a
natural when it comes to the farm-to-table
style of cooking. Michel and his team of chefs know how to maximize the extraction
of avors of ingredients. In the Poultry and Egg demonstration, Chef Michel will talk
to the Farmer about his process with the chickens for whole chickens and eggs, and
then Chef Michel will cook a favorite dish to share with guests.
