“Loire à Vélo” is a series of bike paths running along one of
Europe’s last untamed river.
In the summer of 2012 My wife and I rode our bikes along its path
for 8 days and 400 kilometers immersing in the
astonishing natural riches of the region.
“Loire à Vélo” passes through charming villages
and along the famous Valley of the kings.
We visited the magnificent old châteaux,
Dined on great French gourmet food
and tasted some fine local wines as well as
berries and tasty yellow, green and purple Wild plums.
