Ingredients for 3 persons:
2 onions
500 gr (1 pound) mushrooms (champignons de Paris)
2 cloves of garlic
1 red chili pepper
1 glass of dry white wine (if you don’t want to add alcohol, add a splash of vinegar)
1/2 l. chicken stock (vegetable if you’re vegetarian / vegan)
juice of half a lemon
salt & pepper
