Nutella -Stuffed Brioche French Toast 🍫✨
Ingredients:
* ½ cup heavy cream
* 1 egg
* 1½ tbsp sugar
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* 1 slice of brioche bread
* 1 tbsp chocolate for the filling
* Butter for cooking
For decoration:
* Raspberries
* Blackberries
* Banana
* Nutella
Instructions:
1. Make a small hole in the brioche slice and fill it with chocolate.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Dip the brioche into the mixture and let it soak for about 5 minutes until it absorbs the mixture.
4. Melt some butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook the brioche on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Decorate with fresh fruits and drizzle with Nutella.
