Gabacho just brought something totally new to the Village. The menu runs from brunch to sandwiches to dinner entrées, and the space is cozy and elegant with private booths that make it feel like a special night out. We had the ribeye steak sandwich and the chicken breast sandwich, both served with salad and fancy potatoes, and they did not disappoint. Bonus: there’s a menu for your dog too 🐶.
