Easy Crockpot French Onion Meatballs and Potatoes

1. To a crockpot add 1.5 pounds baby yellow potatoes. (Or cut yellow potatoes into small cubes), then add 1 bag frozen meatballs, and this is optional 8-16 ounces of mushrooms.
2. Then add 1 can French onion soup, fill that can with beef broth and add that as well.
3. Season very well however you would like. I used salt free onion and herb seasoning and Cowboy butter seasoning(lots). Add 1-2 tablespoons of minced garlic and top with a stick of butter.
4. Cook on high around 4 hours. Low around 6 hours.
5. To a small separate bowl mix 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water. Add that to your crockpot and cook until thickened. Around 5-10 minutes.
6. This is also optional. Top with sliced provolone cheese and cover until melted.
7. Enjoy!!!

  1. I’ll tell you one thing I love about this kind of video. It’s so nice to see a mom who may be making things easy on herself, not that that’s a bad thing, but she’s still making wholesome foods. Where you see these other moms out here, giving their children, donuts, and fast food and processed food. And it’s just nice to see a mom who cares enough to do something like this and makes me feel really good and makes me smile.
