Thicken it a bit with some other cheese,cover a piece of bread with it,skewer that bread and roast it over charcoal.
Have a friend who one day bought a whole ass roast chicken and covered it entirely with Cancoillotte.
I don't know what happened to him that day to make this happen, but he said it was delicious lmao

Man you have to try kochkäse(cooked cheese) from the Region odenwald near Frankfurt in germany.
Its made from Harzer cheese cooles with Magerquark, butter and Natron
There are some good ready to eat Produkts out there but you gotta find yourself one of them. I can recommend "Odenwälder kochkäserei". It is normally eaten with very dark bread some cumin seeds and most improtantly pickled onions.
Some do also eat it with potatoes Fries or schnitzel

Red fox cheese has to be one of my favourites. It may be just an orange cheddar but its absolutely delicious and aged to perfection 😋
