Five episodes. Four unforgettable cities. One complete journey through France.

This third Mediterranean Odyssey supercut follows Tim “Adventure” Sena from the vineyards and Gothic architecture of Bordeaux to the icons of Paris, the culinary traditions of Lyon and the dramatic Mediterranean coast of Nice.

🍷 Bordeaux — Episode 9
The French adventure begins with onion soup, boeuf bourguignon and local wine at Bouillon Saint-Jean, followed by an unexpectedly dry Miroir d’Eau, adventurous duck heart at Terroir, the soaring Gothic beauty of Basilique Saint-Michel, a classic Bordeaux canelé and a rooftop toast above the city.

🗼 Paris, Part 1 — Episode 10
We explore Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, confront the stinkiest cheese of the journey and climb the magnificent Eiffel Tower. After drinks beside the Seine, Tim discovers that buttery escargot is far less intimidating than expected, enjoys crispy magret de canard, slips into the Art Deco world of Gatsby, and watches the Eiffel Tower glow red, white and blue on Armistice Day.

🎨 Paris, Part 2 — Episode 11
After a croque monsieur overlooking the Louvre Pyramid at Café Marly, we descend into the Louvre for ancient sarcophagi, marble masterpieces, ornate ceilings and monumental French paintings. The Mona Lisa inspires a brutally honest verdict, steak tartare puts raw beef on the menu, and the Paris chapter ends beneath the mighty Arc de Triomphe.

🍽️ Lyon — Episode 12
Rain transforms the Renaissance streets of Vieux Lyon into a cinematic dream. We visit the dramatic Fontaine Bartholdi, enjoy seasonal French dining at Le Comptoir, then experience the warmth of a traditional Lyonnais bouchon at Chabert et Fils—complete with steak au poivre, potato gratin and Lyon’s vivid pink praline tart.

🌊 Nice — Episode 13
The French finale brings us to the Côte d’Azur for crisp socca and a loaded pan bagnat at Chez Pipo, cocktails suspended above the November sea at Le Plongeoir, and an autumn tasting menu at Le Chantecler inside the legendary Hôtel Le Negresco. The journey ends with a personal return to Nice and one last nighttime walk beside the Mediterranean.

France gave us history, art, unforgettable meals, honest reactions and more adventurous food than expected. Now you can experience the entire chapter in one epic supercut.
