In Episode 10 of Fry Time, Adam and Brianna go on location to meet Eddie and Elisa, the married couple and “Spuddy Buddies” behind one of the most creative French fry food trucks we have ever visited.
Eddie and Elisa share how the pandemic changed their lives, why they decided to start a business together, and how hundreds of hours of YouTube tutorials helped them transform a truck named Daisy into the famous “Spud Mobile.”
Now, they bring gourmet French fries and good vibes throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, and beyond—and they were named the Bucks Happening List’s Best Food Truck for the second year in a row!
Of course, we also had to explore some of their unbelievable creations, including loaded gourmet fries, French fry buckets, S’mores Fries, Mike’s Hot Honey Pepperoni Fries, Three Cheese Bacon Ranch Fries, Funnel Fries, and even French fry sundaes!
