French BBQ Baked Eggs with Camembert & Calvados 🔥🇫🇷
A French-inspired BBQ recipe with creamy Camembert, eggs, leeks, apple and a splash of Calvados. Rich, creamy and easy to make on the grill!
Ingredients:
8 eggs
1 leek
1 onion
1 Golden Delicious apple
2 tbsp Calvados
½ cup heavy cream
1 Camembert
3 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper
Cook over indirect heat until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still soft.
