This is my brand new master bathroom. I'm in love with it but not sure how or where to add the finishing touches. I feel like I have nowhere to put a hand towel, let alone a towel bar/hook for my bath towels. Also the space behind the toilet looks so empty and off. What should go there?

I usually leave my hand towel folded on the vanity. Can put up a painting behind the toilet.
