The Details:
The Hookups: Gas line is at the bottom; electrical/TV outlets are in the middle.
The Layout: The wall is right next to a 120 cm wide corridor leading to the bedrooms.
The Goal: A modern, cohesive built-in or unit that combines both elements without making the walkway feel cramped.
