So I’ve just opened a bottle of Pascal Bouchard Bourgogne Chardonnay 2018.
I’ve not encountered this before but it’s quite dark in colour, nose is giving sherry vibes and palate is lacking fruit.
This is obviously a village level wine but wondered if this is the signs of over-oxidised wine? Excuse the novice question.
