    This one’s wierd but hear me out… I made souvlaki pork and just put toothpicks in each chunk and served that with tzatziki sauce … fire

    Aspargus is always a fun combo with crispy white wines. Alsace Pinot Blanc, young Riesling. Or oysters or mussels with Sancerre / Pouilly-Fumé.

    I like to make little Caprese skewers with fresh basil leaves, cherry tomatoes, and mini Boccacini balls. Give it a drizzle with some balsamic vinaigrette glaze and you’re away to the races.

    I also like to do fried calamari rings, and a smoked bacon and onion cream cheese with toasted baguette slices.
