A couple of curtains will make it feel more cozy.
Move the artwork a bit higher, and postion your pillows so you can see some of the headboard. Pull the quilt down so it covers the base of the bed, and get some curtains in a colour that matches the bedding. If you dony want curtains, get smaller lamps so they dont cover the window! And a throw in a solid colour might help too!
