Château Calon-Ségur 2018, Saint-Estèphe
A serious, polished Bordeaux with rich dark fruit and classic left-bank structure. Tasting notes: blackcurrant, plum, cedar, graphite, tobacco, cocoa, and firm but refined tannins. Still young, but the wagyu made it show beautifully.
