I live in an older house so we use window AC units, running into a problem that I can't use my blinds and a curtain simply just puffs out. This window faces the neighborhood so I'd like to have some level of privacy please shoot some ideas!

Get another set of blinds that is the correct width. Trim the blades down so that they clear the ac duct. Take them down and hang up the original ones when you take the AC out.
