Above the fireplace isn’t an option, as it’s too high and the TV would be touching the ceiling. We have a L-shaped sectional but would be willing to replace if it doesn’t look right in the space. My biggest concerns are blocking the fireplace, the doorway to the back room, and the entrance where you first walk down into the basement.
