About us,

We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.

The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.

Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.

    Hahahahaha- Terry, when you were explaining about waxing the buffet, my thought was, “good, now you can buff out all those scratches on top.” Then when you were buffing off the wax with the brush, I realized the top is marble with really nice graining.🤣🤣🤣

    Wow, I started crying when Terry was in the garden, cutting flowers for the table arrangement. I guess that moment, for me, really showed a new chapter beginning. Now Chateau life begins. Congratulations Tracy, Ash, Johnathan and Terry. Now begins the challenge of balancing lifestyle with future and ongoing renovations. Hopefully you can slow your roll and enjoy some fruits of your labor. Especially Tracy. Time to chill out, a spa day vlog, non?! SPA VLOG! SPA VLOG! SPA VLOG!
