I love when I get sediment, thats quite a lot. Had some recently in a bottle of capbern, it was magic.

Yeah that’s just sediment, pretty normal especially in older bottles or ones that been sitting for while. You can strain it through coffee filter if it bothers you but it won’t hurt anything to drink

It doesn’t seem normal to me that the sediment is sticking to the glass like that, like as if there’s no gravity.

Older reds will have sediment. I use a decanter with a filter that catches sediment and any broken cork.
