Hoagie rolls or sandwich rolls
Smoked cheddar cheese
Au jus or beef broth

Ingredients
Leftover tomahawk steak, thinly sliced
4 sandwich rolls
8 slices smoked cheddar cheese
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons butter
Optional: sautéed onions and mushrooms
Instructions
Warm beef broth in a saucepan.
Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder to create a flavorful au jus.
Thinly slice the leftover tomahawk steak.
Toast rolls with butter until golden brown.
Warm steak briefly in the au jus.
Pile steak onto toasted rolls.
Top with smoked cheddar cheese and melt under a broiler or on a griddle cover.
Add onions and mushrooms if desired.
Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
