Eze, France — one of the most breathtaking medieval villages on the entire French Riviera, perched 429 meters above the Mediterranean Sea. In this video, I take you on a complete walking tour of Eze village, from the bottom of the hill all the way up to the Jardin Exotique at the top.
🍽️ I start at L’Atelier Gourmet — an affordable spot at the base of the village, perfect before the climb.
🌸 And I stop at the Fragonard boutique — a great alternative if you can’t make it to the perfume factory in Grasse (check my video from Grasse also)
🏰 We walk through the Postern, the only entrance to the medieval village
🌵 We climb to the Jardin Exotique — built on the ruins of the old castle, with panoramic views all the way to Saint-Tropez

🚌 GETTING THERE: Bus 82 from Nice. Buses are infrequent and get full fast — board early at an earlier stop.
⏱️ HOW LONG: 2 to 3 hours for the village + garden. Add 1 hour if you’re eating inside the village.
🍴 RESTAURANTS: Book in advance — they fill up completely, especially in summer.
🎟️ JARDIN EXOTIQUE: ~€6–10 entrance. Buy tickets at the machines at the bottom to skip queues.
🕗 BEST TIME: Early morning, before the tour groups arrive.
