The size is 90 x 126 cm (35.5 x 49.6 inch) if we count just the actual window size,and at the top there is a box for the shutters that sticks out quite a lot. They are kinda like hausmanian style, but not so tall (in the picture they might seem a bit square)
I thought roman blinds would be the most suitable, but they might be more difficult to find in my size and fabric i want without going custom, and it will be difficult to open the window with them.
I just want something soft that covers me from the sun and myself, since everyone can see right inside especially at night, and during the day its super hot so i like to wear less clothing. For the fabric i was thinking some kind of thin linen. I have another window just like this in my bedroom btw.
What do you suggest?
edit: My main question is what kind of curtain, whether roman blinds or regular tall curtains that go down to the floor and open side by side, or even something else

You could try ceiling installed curtain rod? That would cover the entire thing up
As far as I know you can ceiling install blinds. What kind of curtains depends on if you need the curtains to block light or just cover the window. I like light blocking curtains with a sheer.
