I have this wine in my collection, an old colleague gifted it to me.
AI is telling me its too old and I should drink it now i thought I should wait for a big occasion.
It has been stored in a cellar.
Any thoughts or experience with this wine?

Cru Bourgeois relatively don’t age well, even the ones that do peak around 10 year. This is most probably vinegar by now. Open it and let us know.
Life is too short for big occasions. If the wine is peaking drink it and celebrate being alive.
