ChatGPT rendered this image for me, and I think the dimensions are roughly accurate. The rug size in the picture is 8×11 feet. The next size down is 5×8, which i think would be too small. The sofa is 86 inches, and wall to wall from sofa to tv is 10 feet.

Nah, the rug is **not too big** at all. 8×10 is the perfect size for this room, it anchors the sofa and coffee table nicely while leaving good walkway space. Looks balanced and clean .Solid choice bro.
