Hey y’all just picked up sparkling from a place that started doing traditional method. Is this appropriate ullage for new bottles?

    These are low and uneven ullage levels unless they have been aging for a long time.

    I’ve bottled a lot of sparkling commercially.

    This ullage is not normal.
