I have this odd corner and dead space as you step out of the entryway. It faces across the bathroom and currently fits our apartment freezer (please don’t mind the cardboard boxes on top of the freezer. I live in a condo and always looking for ways to maximize space. What can I do to make this odd corner useful, maybe encourage more storage space or just generally make this useful and pleasant to look at. I’ve seen people build like a hidden cabinet for the freezer but I’m not the most handy in building things but willing to do smaller DIY friendly ideas!

Consider painting the freezer to cover the wear and tear. You could use white or perhaps a more interesting color. Installing floating shelves above the freezer would add storage or be useful to display decor.
