Tried the 2025 Tar & Roses Pinot Grigio tonight. For a white wine, the aroma is wild—definitely picking up some cotton candy/spun sugar vibes.
It tastes great, though. Still fresh and crisp but has that interesting aromatic edge. Definitely a step up from the generic stuff!

yeah i get similar notes from this one, almost like vanilla candy or something sweet like that. the aromatics are definitely more interesting than most pinot grigios at this price range
