ONE MINUTE WINE REVIEW – An absolute classic wine, perfect f you have friends or family over for the Bank Holiday, a real celebration wine. This is Chablis from the most northerly part of Burgundy, made with 100% chardonnay grapes and NO OAK. This wine retains vibrant acidity, great expression, green grass, lime and a real hit of mineral – a bit like sucking on a pebble – only much nicer!
Such a great drop and well worth the £21 price tag, classy all the way.
