Help with entryway table styling

Hi all, looking for some insight on how to style my entryway table. The first picture is how it currently looks. The following pictures are mock ups. What do we think of the mock ups? Also in terms of picture placement, does it look better to be centered over the table( the larger picture) even though it’s partially on the board under the stairs? Or have a smaller picture off to the side? Which mock up looks best? Open to any advice!! Much appreciated! 😊
