Reduce summer heat

We recently added a four season Veranda that's insulated and also connected to the HVAC system. It stays warm in the winters but it's still not enough to cool down the room in the hot summer days. The veranda has the largest side (20 feet) facing west, and the two smaller sides (10 feet each) facing north and south

Any suggestions on how to reduce the heat without compromising too much on the view and lighting ?
