    Popped and poured, ready to go out of the gate. Simply gorgeous stuff. Dried tart cherry, roses dried and fresh, tarry earth. Elegant, ultra fine tannins and acid core give requisite structure; played well with pork tenderloin and a wild berry sauce. $215 in restaurant
