Spinach curry with roasted ginger, turmeric, garam masala, coconut cream, fried paneer, raita, and paratha straight from the freezer.
Café Caron was one of the first restaurants I visited when I moved to Amsterdam. My friend Eli told me it was one of his favorites — and without knowing much, I understood exactly why.
I had the pleasure of spending the day with Elmer, talking about life and the journey he made. A French restaurant, a Dutch chef, and an Indian family meal. It just works.
