Today I made a Crunchwrap Supreme… but better—loaded with seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, and a crispy tostada layer wrapped in a toasted tortilla.
This was my first time making one, and yeah… I’m not going back to fast food after this.
Everything here is simple, affordable, and made with real ingredients—including homemade taco seasoning.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
🔸 For the Crunchwrap
1 lb ground beef
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
4 small tortillas (or cut pieces for top seal)
4 tostada shells (or crushed tortilla chips)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
🔸 Taco Seasoning (Homemade)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
🔸 Nacho Cheese Sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
Brown ground beef in a pan
Drain excess grease
Add 2 tbs taco seasoning + 1/2 cup of water
Simmer until thick and coated
2. Make Nacho Cheese Sauce
Melt butter in a pan
Stir in flour → cook 1 minute
Slowly whisk in milk
Simmer until thick
Add cheese + seasoning → stir until smooth
3. Build the Crunchwrap
Layer in this order:
Beef
Nacho cheese
Tostada shell
Sour cream
Lettuce + tomatoes
Top with small tortilla piece, then fold edges inward
4. Toast It
Cook seam-side down in a pan
Medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side
Flip until golden and crispy
🔥 Pro Tips
Don’t overfill or it won’t fold
Toast seam-side first so it seals
Let it sit 1 minute before cutting (keeps it from falling apart)
