I'm moving to an open plan apartment, and can't decide the best orientation for the TV based on the Entrance door shown. The high sockets have been set on the wall to the left, but it feels like the best orientation for the TV is on the right. Any tips, as this would affect other decor placement?

First picture is probably the best because having the couch on the other wall blocks the walkway to that door.

Photo 1. Nothing blocks a path. Photo 2 and 3, actually, block the path to the balcony as well as 2 blocks the path to the door. Additionally, when people enter the room, the star should be your couch, art over the couch, cool lamps and side tables and great rug and not a big-a$$ tv. Also, please do not hang your tv next to the ceiling. Like photo 1, it should be on the console and at eye level.

First picture, with TV on the short wall. Great couch.

Pic 1 is the best for sure. Pic 2 has the sofa blocking the entrance which would get annoying, and Pic 3 has the accent chair in a weird spot.

TV seems pretty far away from the sofa for its size though in pic 1. Could you move the sofa closer to the TV?

Photo one looks better. The last thing you want is to block part of the doorway or access to the balcony as that would throw off the balance. Although, I wonder if you push the couch closer to the balcony window side so that it is more centered to see the TV.
