500g ground chicken
1 small carrot (finely diced)
1/2 red bell pepper (finely diced)
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp pickle relish
2 tbsp raisins (optional but classic)
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for a more gourmet texture)
2 tbsp milk or cream
1–2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
