I hired a billionaire’s private chef to cook breakfast for my family… and this is what the experience was like 🤯

Chef Maggie, who cooks for billionaires, celebrities, and pro athletes in Houston, pulled up with her assistant KK and took over our kitchen. They said they could make anything we wanted, but I told them to surprise us. Had the whole crew with me too, Carmelo, Fernando, Alberto, AJ, Jasleen, and Cousin Scott.

First up, chilaquiles verdes. We asked for spicy and she did not hold back with her “holy f*** that’s hot” habanero sauce. Crispy chips in tomatillo salsa, loaded with eggs, crema, queso fresco, pickled onions, thin red jalapeños, avocado, and cilantro, finished with a smoky chipotle drizzle 🔥

She also brought out a refreshing fruit bowl between courses 🍓

Then for the finale… a Dubai chocolate French toast bake. Rich, decadent, layered with pistachio chocolate cream and topped with crunchy kunafa.
