We? We aren't shopping at Whole Foods with a company credit card, lol. We are shopping at Dollar General and watching videos about food that is sold at Whole Foods 👍

  2. I loveeeee Sweet Tomatoes and I love Josh’s enthusiasm for it. It’s so good and I miss it. Joan’s Broccoli Madness is also insanely good.

  3. Josh, you’re the reason I have sodium citrate in my pantry! I use it every time I need to make a cheese sauce. Your knowledge has helped me. So I do appreciate the background info you provide. We are interested. Thank you!

  4. Here's my comment card: I loved that cheese discussion. Learning more about the world of food is one of the big reasons I watch this channel. That and ways to improve my cooking. Please do more cooking videos talking about random historical facts

  5. Josh, I cannot stress enough that my favourite part of these videos is your random fact tangents

  6. I really want to know what plant code was on the Eagle evaporated milk.
Also, the Whole Foods evap was most likely darker because it was organic. It takes a while to get enough organic milk to justify production. It takes visiting several farms to fill a tanker, so it's kinda old milk compared to what's used in the regular.

  7. There is no way we're giving Josh the runestones. Someone else is going to have to protect Earth scar Village.

  8. Me: I wonder what the name could've been that looks it up ………………..oh that is decidedly unfortunate.

  9. Plantation is not a dirty word, now the owners/companies that did atrocities on certain ones are the issue. It's just a specific method of growing crops.

  10. Please open a mythical restaurant please I beg of you!!!!!!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

  11. For the process cheese, swiss chemists used it for Emmental cheese 1911. Kraft started the process in 1916. America as an industrial and logistical focused country utilized this to great effect which is why Kraft American cheese is so well known from exportation especially during World War 2 and Korean War to allied countries. This is why the Korean dish Budae jjigae (army base stew) still uses slices of american cheese as a traditional addition.

  12. I wonder how many times Josh was in the middle of cooking something for one of these shows and had to start over cause he put an ingredient from one side into the dish on the other side.
