Ingredients:
17.63 ounces (500 grams) of pork.
10.58 ounces (300 grams) of beef.
0.63 ounces (18 grams) of salt.
Black pepper to taste.
50 ml of cognac.
Mix well.
Form 3 balls.
Corn flour.
Place in a cool, well-ventilated place (or refrigerator) for 4 weeks and turn every day!
