Fish: 7/10 – cooked well, seasoning was good, just could've used a little more. Potato Salad: 10/10 – one of the best potato salads I've had outside of my auntie's, and she KNOW how to make potato salad. I even made her taste it. She was acting hard at first, but she admitted it was good and kept the plate. That says a lot because she don't play about potato salad. Chitlins: 10/10 – A1 since day one with them. Pasta: Good flavor, just could've used a bit more seasoning. Cabbage: Pretty good, but | like my cabbage with that sweet jalapeño-type flavor and it didn't really have that. Overall: I'll pull up to my dawg for a plate any day, any night. Plus he open till like 3AM. I'I definitely be back.
Admittedly, I turned my nose up and the idea of eating food that somebody was selling out of their living room. But, the fact that this is in Louisiana, let's eat! Bro could have opened the door wearing a bonnet, basketball shorts, socks and slides, and a tank top and I still would have been walking away with a plate.
Crazy part is I invented this sandwich 4 years ago I just didn't post it. About 2 years ago I told my son's dad to try it. Loved it didn't post it. About 7 months ago we had everybody try it they loved it but we didn't post it. Idk I think it's some funny shit goin on because this is like the 5th damn thing I made up in my head then eventually tried and then a year or so later it ends up on so ial media smdh. But yes fish and potato salad is the bidnezz.
