Marinade for salmon: (3-6 lb whole filet)

1.5 cups of olive oil (more or less depending on how you like it)
The juice of one lime
The juice of one lemon
20-30 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
6 fresh scallion stalks (chopped or diced into small pieces)
2 teaspoons of dry oregano
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
2 teaspoon of cumin

  1. Or… you can use an actual smoker and woodfire your fish. I promise, its cheaper than buyin wood planks everytime you wanna cook fish. No hate. It looks good. But, 45 minutes on the smoker is only 1 wood wedge. 235-270 and youre golden. I appreciate the content tho
