Ingredients:
– 1 keto bread roll
– 2 tsp Dijonnaise
– 2 tbsp caramelised onions, warm
– Sliced Comté cheese (or other sharp French cheese)
– Generous amount of sliced pastrami
Recipe:
1. Slice your keto bread roll in half
2. Spread Dijonnaise on the top half
3. Spread warm caramelised onions on the bottom half
4. Layer sliced Comté cheese over the onions
5. Pile a generous amount of pastrami on top of the Dijonnaise
6. Close the roll and enjoy!
