  1. Can you show us the frozen gummy videos so we can try and figure out how to make it? You said it wasn’t the sprite trend but something else.

  2. I have the best brownie recipe

    • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter
    • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs (room temp = better texture)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ⅓ cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    • ½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips or chuck
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line your pan with parchment paper (trust me).
    2. Melt the butter.
Microwave or stovetop. Let it cool slightly (not hot-hot).
    3. Whisk butter + sugar aggressively.
Like you mean it. This helps create that shiny crackly top.
    4. Add eggs + vanilla.
Whisk 1–2 minutes until glossy and slightly thick.
    5. Sift in cocoa, flour, and salt.
Gently fold. Do NOT overmix. We are not making cake.
    6. Fold in chocolate chips.
    7. Bake 20–25 minutes.
Toothpick should have moist crumbs, not wet batter.
Slight underbake = elite fudgy texture.
    8. Cool completely before cutting.
    I know. Suffering builds character.

    This took sooo long 😅
