I have not visited bangalore…but if you go to dehradun, please visit Bake Masters and Cake house…they are really good bakerys,and try their European panini and Cheese rolls respectively…I request you to make a videa about that.
Variar bakery in Rajajinagar is considered OG for a reason. Would be nice if you check out that place if you haven't already, their puffs, milk biscuits and bread rusk are extremely well known. You have a waiting time for real
Thomson bakery for plum cake during Christmas is a jewel which you may not yet have unearthed. You do get plum cake regularly, it's wood oven baked as far as we all know
