It is simply some Mediterranean vegetables on top of some crispy rice. You can make it using leftover vegetables in your kitchen, helping to reduce wastage. I love to add some @Boursin Cheese to my mum’s recipe, making it creamier and pack it with even more flavours! Serves 4/6 Utensils: Deep oven tin, a pan 150g of dry rice 2 tbsp of Boursin + 1 tbsp to top the Tian with 2 tbsp of olive oil 2 courgettes 1 Aubergine 6 tomatoes 1 red onion 3 cloves of garlic 2 tsp of herbes de provence Salt and pepper METHOD: Slice the aubergine and place face down in the tin, generously season with salt and leave to soak and release moisture. Place the rice in a pan, with 300ml of water, ½ tsp of salt, cover and bring to boil. Once it is boiling, remove from the heat and leave for 10 minutes covered. Wash and slice courgettes, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Rince the aubergines, pat dry with a kitchen towel and brush with some olive oil. Pre heat the oven to 180C fan oven. To assemble the Tian, drizzle some olive oil at the bottom of the tin, spread the cooked rice and crumble the 2 tbsp of boursin on top. Cover the rice with the vegetable slices, tomato, courgette, aubergine, onion, garlic then drizzle with olive oil, herbe de provence, and season well with salt and pepper. Cook for 45min to 1h and serve hot. #frenchcuisine #tian #vegetarianrecipe #mediterraneandiet #frenchfood #frenchdish #boursin #simplerecipes #hostlikeafrench #healthydinner #simpledinner #Recipe #EasyRecipe

I am having friends for dinner and one of them is a vegetarian. Im making this for her and am sure it's going to be very tasty..😊 Thanks, because I was at a loss
Boursin is criminally underrated
You really must lightly oil and grill the eggplant first, it will taste so much better. Eggplant should always be caramelized or grilled to get rid of the sponginess and bitterness.
This looks dry but imma try it witj the tip.someone gsve about cooking the eggplants before.
Love this!
Really yummy vegetables ❤❤❤sounds wonderful and eady
Boursin now have a vegan version and it is next level. Will definitely veganise this dish.
Nice one ❤
Your accent sounds fake
Game changer: take a pan, put rosemary in, add olive oil and garlic, heat it over low for 3 minutes, let it cool down filter out the garlic and rosemary, pour over veggies..
Also caramelize the eggplant before topping the veggies with it.. 😊
Quick broiling and then adding the layers, starting from onions will do wonders for the flavor
Also drizzle with olive oil and wine!
boring
Like a vegetable lasagna.
